Because we are environmentally responsible, we use Hevea Brasiliensis, for our solid wood furniture. It grows faster and is stronger than Northern Red Oak. The tree also produces latex, and when it comes to the end of production, it is cut down and used in furniture. We try to do our part for the environment. That is why there is a section on the University Loft property in Greenfield, Indiana where new trees are planted every year. We also use recycled metals whenever possible.
