It is known as Buena Vida, meaning “Good Life.” And students will certainly live a good life there. Within Buena Vida there are classrooms, faculty offices, and student housing. What really makes this place special is on the bottom floor there are music practice rooms, a visual arts gallery, a 280-seat auditorium and…wait for it…a food court. Favorites such as Backyard Burger, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Papa John’s Pizza are there! It’s the first of its kind under one roof.overview-of-living-learning-facility

Buena Vida is important to University Loft Company because The Jannetides College of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership is one of the colleges on this site. The ribbon was cut by founder and CEO of University Loft Company, James N. Jannetides.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, James was honored and humbled to be a small part of this university’s vision. He considered it a privilege to support Southeastern University as they teach students leadership for the next generation.

The most important feature is it’s upgradable to take category three bullets. If there were an active shooter on campus, the students can lock down inside the bed’s storage unit or the lockers.”

Between the exceptional student body, the strong staff and professors blended with the tropical surroundings, Buena Vida is a facility of excellence.
