Did you witness the recent daredevil acts of high wire artist Nik Wallenda? A seventh generation member of the famous Flying Wallendas, Nik has taken the art of high wire walking to new, um, heights. He crossed Niagara Falls (and had to present his passport on the Canadian side); and he next crossed a Grand Canyon area gorge over the Little Colorado River. As he began that crossing, Wallenda remarked, “Whew, that’s a view there, buddy!” To which I say: “Uh, Nik, maybe you should check out the view from the top bunk of a University Loft college loft bed.”
The first thing Wallenda will probably notice is the extra space in the dorm room. After all, University Loft pioneered the loft bed, and one of the best benefits of a college loft bed is that it maximizes space in the dorm room. That means you have more space in that tiny space for all your college – and life – gear! Wide open spaces below? Yeah, I think Wallenda will feel right at home atop a University Loft bunk bed.
The next thing Wallenda will surely appreciate is the solid feel of a University Loft college bunk bed. We use solid wood and ultra-strong construction techniques. Couple those features with our 3-inch by 3-inch bed posts and you get a loft bed that’s sturdy and secure. None of that high-wire wobbling Wallenda is used to.
Even if Wallenda never ends up atop a University Loft dorm room loft bed, chances are that his children will. After all, University Loft college furniture is in more than 1,200 colleges and universities across America and around the world. And in every dorm room we outfit, the view is always great from the top bunk!
